1. You MUST be a fan of either version, or both, of the song "Don't Cry".
2. You MUST specify in the appropriate field which version, or both, you are submitting to be added. It is a REQUIRED field. If you don't fill it in, I can't add you.
3. You don't have to have a website, a valid e-mail address is enough.
4. NO hate, porn or illegal sites allowed. In such case, only give your e-mail address.
5. If you have a website, you MUST place a code on your site where it can easily be seen, such as a fanlisting, membership, or main page and link it back here BEFORE submitting your information. If the code is not on your site at anytime or if it's too hard to find, I will delete your website information.
6. You MUST fill out the form correctly and completely.
7. DO NOT SEND FANMAIL IN THE COMMENTS SECTION!!!
